Student Grievance Redressal Policy
MRN Institute of Nursing Sciences, Navanagar, Bagalkot, is committed to creating a fair, transparent, and supportive environment for all its students. To ensure that every student’s voice is heard and their concerns are addressed promptly, the institution has established a Student Grievance Redressal Mechanism in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Indian Nursing Council (INC), Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC), and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru.
The Grievance Redressal Cell acts as a platform where students can raise issues related to academics, administration, infrastructure, teaching, learning resources, or any personal concerns affecting their college experience. The primary objective of this system is to provide a confidential, unbiased, and time-bound resolution to student complaints while maintaining fairness and respect for all parties involved.
Students can register their grievances either in writing or through the designated online/offline channels provided by the college. Every complaint received is reviewed by the Grievance Redressal Committee, which consists of faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives. The committee examines the matter carefully and ensures that necessary corrective actions are taken without delay.
The institution guarantees that no student will face discrimination, victimization, or retaliation for filing a grievance. Regular awareness programs and orientation sessions are conducted to inform students about their rights and the procedures available for addressing their concerns.
At MRN Institute of Nursing Sciences, we believe that a healthy academic atmosphere is built on mutual trust, respect, and accountability. Our Student Grievance Redressal Policy reflects our dedication to ensuring the welfare and overall well-being of our students.
